Sauvignon Blanc
Pale straw in colour this clean, fresh wine has floral and tropical fruit aromas. Flavours of sweet grapefruit and lemon sorbet combine with elderflower notes and a crisp freshness.
An ideal aperitif but also great with oysters, seafood dishes, chicken and Chinese meals. Allow to warm slightly after refrigeration.

This fresh and fruity wine is ideal for summer picnics and as an aperatif at any time of the year. Made predominantly from Cabernet, our rosé has a perfect balance of fruit and freshness. Full-on flavours of strawberry and raspberry, just a hint of sweetness on the palate and a good balancing acidity.
An ideal aperitif, particularly in the summer, the wine complements salads and barbecued food. Serve well chilled.

Merlot
Rich, concentrated 100% Merlot. Flavours of cherry and sweet dark fruits combine with hints of tobacco, leather and soft spices. A great wine to drink with all red meat dishes, barbecues and cheeses. Serve at room temperature.

Merlot Cabernet
In the glass this wine is deep red/purple. Partial ageing in new oak barrels lends spicy aromas. Exotic spices a touch of vanilla and dark fruit flavours dominate the palate with a hint of liquorice provided by the Cabernet Sauvignon, all balanced by soft tannins. Accessible while young this wine will continue to improve for around four years, remaining at its peak for a further four to five years.
Complements rich food, particularly roast dishes, barbecues and casseroles. Great with cheeses. Serve at room temperature.

Cabernet Sauvignon
We waited to harvest our Cabernet Sauvignon until well into October and the juice was almost black. After several months in our tanks dark fruit flavours began to emerge. Its development continued and we decided to bottle a small amount of 100% Cabernet Sauvignon. A full and rich wine with good tannic structure, aromas of deep red fruits and strong flavours of liquorice. The wine will continue to evolve over the next four to five years.
An ideal match for casseroles or roasted red meats and is great with strong cheeses. Serve at room temperature.

Oak Aged Merlot Cabernet
Aged in French oak, this, our finest red wine, is made from our oldest parcel of vines. Late harvesting by hand of our 40 year old Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon allows the fruit to fully ripen. A wine full of dark berry fruit flavours, a small percentage of Cabernet Sauvignon adds a touch of liquorice and oak aging, a soft spicy dimension and notes of vanilla.
Ideal with all red meat dishes and cheese. Serve at room temperature.
